I know calibre is a database type application really made for single user access, so I'm trying to figure out how to "use both" if possible. I have no issues with calibre-web to view files, send to kindle, etc, but any time I upload or convert to a new file I'm having issues seeing this on my calibre desktop app.

I am using calibre on my Mac to actually organize the files as its just faster/more efficient to do so, and running calibre on docker is just a slow experience.
I have calibre-web installed on docker on my DS918+ running well.
